Pricing Guidelines
Our services vary pending on the type of photography you hire us for. When you hire us we take the time to truly understand your photographic needs and perform preliminary work and research before the date you hire us for. This usually consists of scoping out the venue of the event or shoot, writing up a contract, preparing all equipment to ensure it doesn't fail during your event or shoot, handle any necessary paperwork or phone calls to solidify the details of the event, and arrive early for parking and unloading the car. From there we shoot your event or headshots and are present for the times we previously agreed upon. After the shoot or event we then load the car, travel back to the studio and process your photos. We pride ourselves on our quick 72 hour turnaround times. The typical amount of time for editing is about 20 minutes for every hour shooting. A lot of time is spent editing and processing your photos that most clients forget about because they aren't seeing it be done. It is also the most important part to photography other than shooting the photos themselves. It takes precision and attention to detail that a lot of photographers don't take the time to do. We make sure that every photo we deliver to you is usable and is up to our highest standards. From there we prepare the photos for delivery, this can be a disc, a photo album, or online upload. All of this takes time and the cost for it all is included in our packages or custom quotes. We like to work on the flat rate pricing model so that there are no surprises for our clients. They will know exactly what they are paying for and what to expect as a final product. There is always a need for flexibility and we accommodate this by listing out a la carte pricing for anyone looking to request services outside the scope of their original quote or package.
A La Carte Pricing
- $150/hr for primary photographer
- $100/hr for secondary photographer
- $50/hr for an assistant to be present
- $500 minimum for onsite printing
- $150 to setup a backdrop
- $150 to bring external lighting
- $25 for extra disc copies to be mailed
- $35 per photo for professional touch up to remove objects/backgrounds
- $25 per photo to touch up and remove blemishes on headshots and provide a hi res file
